Payments.

Payments. Accepted payment methods: East Africa Wild accepts all major credit and debit cards, and for bookings made at least 14 days before the travel date, we also accept bank transfers.

Payments: Depending on when the booking is made, your location, the number of travelers, and the type of tour package bought, East Africa Wild will require a deposit payment or the whole cost at the time of booking.

Payment Process: We will email you a payment confirmation after payment has been received. Following your reservation, you will be sent a receipt.

Delayed Payments: East Africa wild maintains the right to treat late payments as a cancellation of the booking, and the company may remove its service confirmation. Please note that this only applies if payment has not been received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date and no arrangement has been reached for the remaining balance to be paid.

Cancellations

Notification of Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please send a written email to your travel adviser as soon as possible.

Cancellation on short Notice: You must email AND contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel at short notice (72 hours or less before arrival). Please send your email to your personal Travel Consultant and call to confirm your cancellation orally with an East Africa Wild employee.

Extraordinary circumstances-: If you must cancel the package due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged any cancellation costs or get any further compensation. Warfare acts of terrorism and significant risks to human health, such as the outbreak of severe disease at the travel destination, natural disasters, such as floods, or weather conditions that make it impossible to travel safely to the tour destination are examples of extraordinary circumstances.

Rights of Cancellations: At any time, we have the right to cancel confirmed reservations. This right may be exercised if a tour's minimum participation is not met or if we are unable to perform the agreed services due to unavoidable and unusual circumstances, or if the booking party fails to pay the final balance in full.

Changes to Booking, how to change a booking:

All booking change requests must be made via email by the person who submitted the original booking request. We will do our best to make the changes, but it may not always be possible. All changes are subject to availability.

Invoice & Voucher Delivery-All invoices and travel documents are sent to customers electronically as PDF documents attached to an email.

Passports, Visa, and Credit Cards:

You are responsible for your visa and health requirements, as well as any other immigration needs, which you should confirm with the respective embassies and/or consulates. We are only able to provide general information on these topics. Visa regulations are subject to change, so make sure you have the most up-to-date information before departing.
